Are these original paintings?
The prints and canvases shown throughout the site are all reproductions of my original artwork.

What can I purchase?
Reproductions are currently available in both prints and canvasses, with enlargements in proportion to the original painting size. Select your preferred option(s) on each individual artwork page before adding to your cart. If you are interested in a different format or size, please reach out to me via email or phone, and we can discuss availability and pricing.

Are the prints and canvases framed?
Fine art prints are sold unframed, allowing you to select the frame and mat that best complement your artwork and décor.

Stretched canvases do not require any additional framing, and arrive without hanging hardware, allowing you to choose the hanging method that works best for your space.

What is the canvas depth?
Most of our stretched canvases feature a slim ¾-inch profile for a clean, elegant appearance. Select sizes feature a deeper 1½-inch gallery-style profile, as noted on the individual artwork pages. In addition, upon request, some of the canvas sizes are available in the deeper profile. Please contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.

Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Every effort is made to represent my artwork as accurately as possible. Because computer, tablet, and phone screens display colors differently, you may notice slight variations between what you see on your screen and the finished pieces.

How quickly will my order ship?
Each order is carefully protected and packaged before shipping. Most orders ship within 5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?
Orders are currently shipped to all 50 United States. If you're outside the available area, and are interested in placing an order, please contact me.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Can I order a different size?
The sizes shown on each artwork page are the sizes currently available through the website. For questions about another size or special request, feel free to contact me for availability and pricing.

Is the artwork copyrighted?
Yes. All artwork and images on this website remain the intellectual property of Doreé Haseltine and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Caring for Your Artwork
For lasting enjoyment, I recommend professionally matting and framing your prints. Artwork should not rest directly against glass. Display away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture to help preserve color and beauty.
