What can I purchase?
Doree's artwork is available in three formats: an 11 × 14 print, 12 × 16 canvas, and 18 × 24 canvas. Select your preferred option on the individual artwork page before adding it to your cart. If you are interested in a different format or size, please reach out to Doree via email or phone.

Are the prints and canvases framed?
Prints and canvases are sold unframed unless otherwise noted. This allows you to choose a frame and style that works best with your space.

Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Every effort is made to represent Doree's artwork as accurately as possible. Because computer, tablet, and phone screens display colors differently, you may notice slight variations between what you see on your screen and the finished piece.

How quickly will my order ship?
Each order is carefully prepared before shipping. Most orders ship within 5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?
Orders are currently shipped to all 50 United States. If you're interested in shipping outside the available area, please contact Doree before placing your order.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact Doree as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Can I order a different size?
The sizes shown on each artwork page are the sizes currently available through the website. For questions about another size or special request, feel free to contact Doree.

Is the artwork copyrighted?
Yes. All artwork and images on this website remain the intellectual property of Doree Haseltine and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Are these original paintings?
The artwork shown throughout the site is based on Doree Haseltine's original artwork. The prints and canvases offered for sale are reproductions of those original works.

Are Doree's original paintings available for purchase?
Some original works may be available. Please contact Doree directly if you're interested in purchasing an original.

Caring for Your Print

For lasting enjoyment, we recommend professionally matting and framing your watercolor prints. The artwork should not rest directly against the glass. Display away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture to help preserve color and beauty.
